| We set-up our in-house die making facility to enable us to produce more complex profiles, better flexibility and turnaround time, in order to meet our customer´s demand and provide better services. ونحن لدينا اعداد ويموت في الداخل جعل لتمكيننا من مرفق لانتاج لمحات عن اكثر تعقيدا ، على نحو أفضل من المرونة والوقت الذي يستغرقه ، من اجل تلبية الطلب على العملاء وتوفير خدمات افضل. | | This is very crucial as good design dies and proper maintenance of dies are the heart of all successful aluminium extrusions profiles. وهذا امر حاسم جدا وحسن التصميم والصيانة الصحيحه يموت من يموت هم قلب ناجحه من جميع ملامح للسحب الالومنيوم. |

■ Aluminium Extrusions : ■ سحب الألومنيوم : | Alumac has been constantly upgrading its aluminium extrusions , aluminum extrusions presses and auxiliary equipments and practice preventive maintenance to enhance its capability to produce better aluminium extrusions profiles in order to meet ever increasing customer´s requirements. Alumac ودأب على رفع مستوى سحب الالمنيوم ، للسحب الالومنيوم المطابع والاجهزه المعاونه والممارسه الصيانة الوقاءيه لتعزيز قدرتها على انتاج افضل للسحب الالومنيوم في لمحات من اي وقت مضى من اجل تلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة للعميل.
| | Our factory is well equipped with presses ranging from 660 to 1380 US tons which are able to cater for majority of customers´ requirements. نحن مصنع مجهز جيدا مع الضغوط التي تتراوح بين 660 إلى 1380 طن من دولارات الولايات المتحدة التي يمكنها أن تلبي معظم احتياجات العملاء وطموحاتهم. Main aluminium alloys used in production are AA 6063, AA 6061 and AA 6082. الرئيسية سبائك الالومنيوم التى تستخدم فى انتاج 6063 ألف ألف ، ألف ألف ألف ألف 6082 و 6061. The maximum extruded length is 12.2 metre. الحد الاقصى لطول extruded هو 12،2 متر. | | Our aluminium extrusions profiles tolerances are according to ISO 6362 and JIS H4100 unless otherwise stated. لدينا للسحب الالومنيوم محات التسامح هي المنظمه الدولية للتوحيد القياسي وفقا ل6362 وjis h4100 ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك. |

■ Aluminium Anodizing : ■ طلاء باكسيد الالومنيوم الألومنيوم : | Our semi-computerized anodizing plant is based on German technology uses German rectifiers for its 1-step and 2-step anodizing. لدينا شبه مصنع طلاء باكسيد الالومنيوم محوسبه تقوم على استخدام التكنولوجيا الالمانيه الالمانيه لمعدلات 1 - خطوة خطوة و2 - طلاء باكسيد الالومنيوم. Chemical imported from Germany is used to enable us to produce very good anodizing surface quality finish and with better consistency. المواد الكيمياءيه المستورده من المانيا ويستخدم لتمكيننا جيدة جدا لانتاج طلاء باكسيد الالومنيوم السطحيه ونوعية افضل للانتهاء من الاتساق. | | The colour range are : Natural, Light Bronze, Medium Bronze, Dark Bronze and Black with film thickness of 6, 10, 15, 20, 25 micron upon requirement. لون طائفة هي : الطبيعيه ، وعلى ضوء البرونزية ، البرونزي المتوسط ، والبرونزية الظلام الاسود مع فيلم سمك 6 ، 10 ، 15 ، 20 ، 25 ميكرون على الشرط.
