■Die-Design & Die-Making:

We set-up our in-house die making facility to enable us to produce more complex profiles, better flexibility and turnaround time, in order to meet our customer´s demand and provide better services. |

This is very crucial as good design dies and proper maintenance of dies are the heart of all successful aluminium extrusions profiles. |

■ Aluminium Extrusions :
|
Alumac has been constantly upgrading its aluminium extrusions , aluminum extrusions presses and auxiliary equipments and practice preventive maintenance to enhance its capability to produce better aluminium extrusions profiles in order to meet ever increasing customer´s requirements.

Our factory is well equipped with presses ranging from 660 to 1380 US tons which are able to cater for majority of customers´ requirements. Main aluminium alloys used in production are AA 6063, AA 6061 and AA 6082. The maximum extruded length is 12.2 metre. |

Our aluminium extrusions profiles tolerances are according to ISO 6362 and JIS H4100 unless otherwise stated. |

■ Aluminium Anodizing :
|
Our semi-computerized anodizing plant is based on German technology uses German rectifiers for its 1-step and 2-step anodizing. Chemical imported from Germany is used to enable us to produce very good anodizing surface quality finish and with better consistency. |

The colour range are : Natural, Light Bronze, Medium Bronze, Dark Bronze and Black with film thickness of 6, 10, 15, 20, 25 micron upon requirement.
